At By Billie, we want you to love your pieces, which is why we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene stickers remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
